Ticket Exchanges and Refunds

You can exchange your ticket to a different performance of same show with 24 hours’ notice. All sales are final.

Inclement weather/Cancellations

In the unlikely event of a cancellation, we will do our best to contact you and arrange for a ticket exchange to a different performance, or for a refund.

General Admission Seating

Nearly all of our performances are General Admission: first come, first seated. Lobbies generally open 45 minutes prior to curtain time, while seating generally begins at 30 minutes to curtain.

Late Seating

Due to our unorthodox use of performance spaces, some shows feature limited or no late seating. All late seating is done at the discretion of CPT staff.

Dress for Adventure

Some patrons come dressed for a night on the town, some come in a t-shirt and jeans. The most important thing is that everyone has a great time at the theatre.

Gift Cards

CPT Gift Cards are available for purchase in any denomination at the box office or by phone. Gift cards can be used to purchase tickets online, over the phone, or in person, as well as at the CPT bar.
